Placing an order and sending the initial payment are the basic requirements to start the setup process. As soon as we receive your order and initial payment, we will start processing your order. You will receive your access authorization from us by e-mail immediately after the order processing and creation of your OneDollarHost Customer Control Panel account.
This e-mail is sent only to the e-mail address which you have registered during the order process. We recommend also to monitor your spam folder to see whether you have received said e-mail; in some cases, it might arrive there
How can I contact your support in case of an inquiry?
Should you have any pre-sales inquiry about our products you can contact our Customer Support via e-mail or if you face an issue with your services, you can raise a ticket from your OneDollarHost Customer Control Panel or via e-mail by mentioning your customer ID in mail.
What payment methods are available?
Currently PayPal payment option is available. You can pay with your debit or credit card on it. Few more options are coming soon.
How long it will take to get my Access data?
We try to set up your order as quickly as possible, but it depends on the payment method chosen. Choosing Credit Card or PayPal let us start provisioning instantly. No matter which product you purchase, the setup process will only start after we receive the initial payment from you.
Is premium support available?
In OnedollarHost we treat every customer as a king, so you don’t have to pay for Premium Support to get one.
